The longest amount of time you will have to wait for a new, in-stock server is 5 minutes. This is measured from the time your payment is processed and your invoice is automatically marked as paid by our system. This does not include Operating System installation time, which takes on average 1 min for Linux and 10 mins on for a Windows.
The longest amount of time you will have to wait for your VPS to boot into the kernel of your Operating System. This is measured from when you click on Reboot in the control panel.

Provided that you use clear english and provide as much information as possible, we guarantee to provide you with a quick yet meticulous response.
